Successes!
We are a passionate Eco School. In July 2012 we undertook an Eco School's assessment and were awarded our 3rd Green Flag! We are working hard to gain our Platinum flag!
Current campaigns
Chickens - Our chickens have settled into their new enclosure and are laying well. Remember to contact the school if you would like to purchase some fresh eggs.
Green house - We are working hard to create a pop bottle green house. The frame has arrived, however we still need hundreds of 2 litre pop bottles. Remember to send in your finished and washed out 2 litre pop bottles so that we are able to complete our green house!
Bags2school - We are at it again! In the New Year we will be holding another Bags2school event to raise funds to help us to improve our outdoor area. Remember to sort your wardrobes out over the Christmas holidays ready for our collection.

Jubilee Woods
As part of the celebrations for the Queens Diamond Jubilee, we received a new hedgerow from the Woodland Trust. We received a small hedgerow containing 12 Hawthorn, 12 hazel, 12 holly, 12 dog rose and 12 dogwood. We also received a royal oak sapling. Below are photos of Gardening Club planting the hedgerow.
